RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF MEMBERS

of the ANSPI REGIONAL COMMITTEE

Art. 4 - SHAREHOLDERS


4-1. Members of the Association are the Zonal Committees of the ecclesiastical region of Emilia-Romagna affiliated to the National Association of San Paolo Italy (ANSPI).


4-2. Membership of the Association is indefinite and can not be arranged for a temporary period.


4-3. All members are effective and as such have the right to participate in all the activities of the Association and are at their disposal the facilities, means and activities of the Association: all in the manner and in compliance with the rules established by the regulations of current internal use.

4-4. The members pay the annual fee to the extent decided by the Board of Directors.


4-5. All members also have active and passive electoral rights and expressly:
- the right to participate in any association activity;
- the right to vote for the approval of amendments to the Bylaws and regulations and for the appointment of the governing bodies of the Association;
- the right to vote for the approval of the financial statements or annual financial and financial statements, according to the times and methods established by the articles of association;
- the right to use the services rendered to the Association directly and indirectly by the ANSPI.


4-6. All members are obliged to pay the membership fees and supplementary amounts, as resolved by the Board of Directors just as compensation for expenses incurred for institutional activities and for the production of any services provided to members or to particular categories identified among them. The membership fee or contribution, as well as non-transferable, is never revaluable.


4-7. Included in the duties of each member are, among others, also:
- support and collaborate in the activities promoted by the Association;
- attend meetings and assemblies called by the Board of Directors;



Being a member of the ANSPI circle oratory means:

Supporting a reality at the service of your community;
* Sharing the associative and voluntary spirit;
* Access the facilities of your Oratory-Club and other ANSPI groups in Italy;
* Participate in the activities organized by your Oratory-Club and other ANSPI groups in Italy;
* Take advantage of all the services offered by your Oratory-Club (summer activities, trips, stays or camps, training courses, after-school activities, moments of celebration, bingo, dinners, theatrical performances, projections, bar service ....) and from all the other ANSPI Oratori-Circulars;
* Take advantage of the benefits allowed by the laws in force and provided for members in your Oratory-Club (discounts for services and shops agreed, lower prices at the bar, etc.) and at national level through conventions of ANSPI (insurance activities, discounts , conventions and sponsorships, consultancy and subsidies ...);
* Participate in the initiatives and projects promoted by the ANSPI regional committee of Emilia-Romagna
* live concretely, as a protagonist, your path of human and Christian maturation in free time, together.

Art. 4 - SHAREHOLDERS


4 - 1 The Association may include all persons of both sexes who accept the aims established by the Statute.


4 - 2 Membership of the Association is indefinite and can not be arranged for a temporary period.


4 - 3 Anyone intending to join the Association must submit an express request to the Board of Directors with the declaration of sharing the aims that the Association proposes and the commitment to observe the Statute and the regulations.


4 - 4 Within two months the Board of Directors examines the applications presented and arranges for their acceptance or otherwise; in the absence of acceptance within the aforementioned term, the application is considered rejected.


4 - 5 The status of a member is personal and can not be transmitted for any reason or title.


4 - 6 The internal organization of the association is inspired by criteria of democracy and equality of the rights of all the members, the associative offices are elective and all the members of majority may be named. Therefore, all members are effective and have equal rights. As such they have the right to participate in all the activities of the Association: all in the manner and in compliance with the rules established by the current internal use regulations.


4 - 7 The members pay the annual fee to the extent decided by the Board of Directors.


4 - 8 All adult members also have active and passive electoral right to expressly:
- the right to participate in any association activity;
- the right to vote for the approval of amendments to the Bylaws and regulations and for the appointment of the governing bodies of the Association;
- the right to vote for the approval of the annual financial statements or financial statements, in the times and methods established by the Articles of Association;
- the right to use the services rendered to the Association directly and indirectly by the ANSPI.


4 - 9 All members are obliged to pay the membership fees and supplementary amounts, as resolved by the Board of Directors just as compensation for expenses incurred for institutional activities and for the production of any services provided to members or particular categories of these identified. Therefore the offices of the Directors are free.


4 - 10 The membership fee or contribution, as well as non-transferable, is never revaluable.


4 - 11 Return to the duties of each member, among others, also:
- support and collaborate in the activities promoted by the Association;
- attend meetings and assemblies called by the Board of Directors;
- to keep within the environments of the Association the most correct behavior in every aspect, avoiding acts contrary to education and decorum, not also taking discourses contrary to moral principles;
- voluntarily and freely offer their availability for the performance of the services necessary for the management and operation of the Association, according to the organizational needs of the activities promoted.

4 - 12 The association for the pursuit of its institutional purposes relies mainly on the activities, provided in free and free form, by the members.In case of particular necessity, the association can hire employees or make use of self-employed or professional workers, even through recourse to their members, provided they do not hold associative positions.


Art. 5 - RENUNCIATION, DECADENCE AND EXCLUSION OF MEMBERS


5 - 1 Anyone who adheres to the Association may at any time notify his will to withdraw from it, with effect from the thirtieth day following that in which such communication is received by the Board of Directors, unless the same Board of Directors examining the request does not agreements a shorter term.

5 - 2 In addition to the case of renunciation, the members lose the status of member and lapse when they do not provide for the payment of annual membership fees in the manner and within the terms provided by the regulation.

5 - 3 In the presence of serious reasons the member can be excluded by decision of the Board of Directors. The exclusion takes effect from the fifteenth day following the communication of this decision to the interested party. This communication must contain the reasons for which it was resolved and if the excluded party does not agree with them, it may refer to the arbitration procedure referred to in these bylaws.
